Looking back, I realize many of those patterns weren't flaws. They were adaptations.
As both a Registered Nurse and someone who has walked through adversity, I've come to believe healing doesn't begin with self-judgment. It begins with understanding.
For more than 19 years, I've cared for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Through my nursing career and my own healing journey, I discovered that many of the struggles we carry as adults are not signs of weakness. They are patterns shaped by experiences that once helped us survive.
Today, I help women understand those patterns with compassion, practical tools, and evidence-informed education so they can move beyond survival mode and create lasting change.
