1. Slow Down Enough to Hear Yourself

Ask: What am I feeling right now? What do I need today?
Even just checking in with yourself daily can help shift your nervous system from reactivity to regulation.

2. Make Choices From Your Truth

Instead of asking, “What do they want from me?” ask, “What feels aligned with who I’m becoming?”

3. Celebrate Peace Over Performance

Start measuring success by how calm, present, and honest you feel—not how busy or productive you are.
